Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must have the right to upload and use any photos, stories, names, or other content you submit.
Personalized designs
Photo analysis and generated suggestions support the design process but may not be exact. Review names, engraving, materials, and other choices before ordering. Product appearance may vary slightly because keepsakes are personalized and hand-finished.
Orders and payment
Prices, delivery estimates, taxes, and available payment methods are shown during checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may contact you if a submitted design cannot be produced safely or accurately.
Community content
If you publish a story or comment, you give Paw & Ever permission to display it on the Memory Wall. Do not post unlawful, abusive, infringing, or private content about another person.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but features may change or be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited in your location.
