This may include your name, email, account credentials, pet details and photos, memorial stories, design choices, shipping address, order details, and messages sent to support. Google sign-in may provide your verified email, display name, profile image, and Google account identifier.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, analyze submitted pet photos, generate and save designs or letters, process and deliver orders, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve the service.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the site, process payments, produce or ship an order, or comply with law. We retain information while your account or order requires it and as needed for legal, security, and operational obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information. You can also remove saved items from your vault where those controls are available.
