After you upload a photo, our vision model identifies breed traits, palette, and the small details that make your pet recognizable — ear shape, coat color, the curve of their nose. Those insights pre-fill your studio so the engraving looks like them, not a generic pet.
No. We work with phone photos, screenshots, and older scans every day. If a photo truly won’t work, our team will reach out and help you choose a better one before anything goes into production.
Most keepsakes ship in 5–7 business days. Crystals and shadow boxes take 7–10. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves the studio.
We remaking it. If the engraving doesn’t feel like your pet, write to us within 30 days and we’ll redo it at no cost — or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Only if you choose to share. Your Vault is private by default, and publishing a story is always an explicit choice you can undo.
